Kinder-A private graveside service for Glenda Dale Fetko, 70, will be held by the family at a later date. Cremation has been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

Glenda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She enjoyed fishing, painting and spending time with her family. She worked as a Registered Nurse for thirty plus years until her well-deserved retirement. Glenda was a Baptist by faith. She loved spending time with her grandchildren when she had the chance. She was a kind and loving person. Glenda loved to cook and could make the best crawfish etouffee. She loved growing roses and feeding hummingbirds. Glenda will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Glenda's memory include her fiancé, Glen Martin; son, Jared Fetko of Vero Beach, FL; daughter, Jolene Chera De La Garza and husband, Roger, of Florence, TX; ex-husband, John Fetko; brother, Glen Oran Trahan and wife, Kathy, of Milton, LA; two sisters, Karen Guillory and husband, Dwight, of Milton, LA and Judy St. Jullian and husband, Pat, of Broussard, LA; and three grandchildren.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents; son, Josh Fetko; and two brothers, Kirk and Aaron Trahan.
