Kinder- Funeral service for Mrs. Genevieve Bailey Hinton, 83, will be held Saturday, January 20, 2007 at 2p.m. in Kinder Bible Church. Rev. Albert Langley, Rev. Robert Jones & Bro. Don Bennett will officiate. Burial will be in Carter Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.Visitation will be Friday from 5pm-10pm and will continue Saturday at 7a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Mrs. Hinton was a native of Crowley and a resident of Kinder for 74 years. She died Thursday, January 18, 2007 in a Lake Charles hospital.
Survivors include her husband, William Jarrell Hinton of Kinder; one daughter, Starleen Webb of Kinder; 4 sons, Johnny Hinton of Lake Charles, Billy Hinton of Kinder, Robert Hinton of Hattisburg, MS, Lonnie Osberg of Gridley, CA; brother, Johnny Bailey of Kinder; grandchildren, Monica Squires, Nicole Declouses, Ben LaCour, Jacob LaCour, Joshua LaCour, Chris Hinton, Dustin Hinton, Misty Treptau, Jordan Hinton, Chelsea Hinton; 10 great grandchildren; 1 step great grandchild; numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by her mother, Lois Bailey; father, Rodger Bailey; sister, Mildred Langley; grandson, Daniel Aaron Hinton. Pallbearers will be Jordan Hinton, Chris Hinton, Dustin Hinton, Jacob LaCour, Joshua LaCour, Gerald Romero.
