Gary was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a faithful and loving husband to his wife Phyllis "Faye" Robinson. Gary was a member of the Coushatta Tribe of LA where he belonged to the Beaver Clan. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, crabbing, cooking, making the native American soup called Chawahka, and teaching others how to make the popular native soup. Gary loved his family and cherished making memories with them. He loved to cook for his family on his birthday so he could get everyone together and spend time with his children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. Gary was a kind and caring person and will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew him.
