KINDER-Funeral service for Gary Keith Nevils, 72, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014 in the chapel of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in the Blackjack Community under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder on Friday, May 2, 2014 from 3-9 p.m. Visitation will resume Saturday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Gary Keith was a resident of Kinder. He was married to the former Gwen Kelley on March 27, 1970. Together they had four beautiful daughters. Gary was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He worked in Houston in the automobile industry as a body shop manager after serving our country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He was an avid reader who enjoyed working crossword puzzles. Gary was an organ donor. He was a genuine person with much love and dedication to his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish Gary Keith's memory include his wife, Gwen Kelley Nevils of Kinder; three daughters, Gina Kelley Nevils of San Diego, CA, Gigi Kolette Nevils-Noe and husband, Dr. Gary Timothy Noe II of Houston, TX; and Gia Katrina Nevils of Onalaska, TX; one brother, Larry Wilson Nevils of Las Vegas, NV; one sister, Sandra Sue Roberts of Kinder; and four granddaughters, Vivian, Emma, Evelyn and Aurora.

Gary Keith is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Vivian Nevils, and one daughter, Angela Danielle Nevils.
