Floyce, affectionately called "Sissy" by all who knew her was a loving wife, mother, memaw, sister, aunt, daughter-in-law, and friend. She was a faithful and devoted wife to her husband Kevin Pellerin for 42 years. She was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Kinder where she attended church every chance she got. "Sissy" was "the rock" of her family and was the glue that held them all together. She was a fighter, and everyone that knew her knew that she was one of the strongest people one could ever meet. Often, when asked by someone how she was doing, her answer was, "I'm very blessed", and she never liked the focus of attention to be on herself. "Sissy" loved riding horses, attending rodeos, "playing" in her flower beds, and fishing and camping at Toledo Bend. In her battle with cancer, her fight was for her husband, children, and grandchildren. She always put her family first in everything she did. "Sissy" enjoyed helping at church and helping wherever she could, no matter how much pain she was in. She always made it a point to attend her children's and grandchildren's functions and sporting events. No matter what, she was always there! She was a very friendly person, during her chemo-therapy treatments, she made sure to let the other patients know where all the snacks, drinks, and the bathrooms were. "Sissy" kept all the oncology doctors and nurses in line, and especially didn't like it when someone else would take her recliner in the chemo bay. She was an animal lover and loved her precious dog Molly who always stayed attached to her in her chair and under blankets. "Sissy" was a very loving and caring person and will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish "Sissy's" memory include her husband, Kevin Pellerin; one son, Brandon Keith Pellerin and wife Shelby, one daughter, Brandi Eaves and husband Seth; two brothers, James Johnson and wife Sheila, and Roger Johnson and wife Jackie, two sisters, Joann and Mabel Johnson; one brother-in-law, Rev. Fr. Keith "Bub" Pellerin, her father-in-law, James C. Pellerin; eleven grandchildren, Marissa, Liberty, Allie, Brentley, Reagan, Rylee, Tucker, Makenzie, Hunter, Bryce, and Kannon; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

"Sissy" is preceded in death by her parents, Calvin, and Linnie Fay Johnson; one infant grandchild Eaves, and her mother-in-law, Dorothy "Dot" Pellerin.

"Sissy's" family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Michael Broussard, the oncology nurses at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital, and the Kinder Family Pharmacy for all their love, care and compassion while caring for her.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in "Sissy's" memory to her family.
