Obituary
Oberlin-Funeral service for Mrs. Exie Mae Fruge, 90, will be held Monday, December 28, 2009 at 1pm in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Oberlin. Burial will follow in Oberlin Cemetary under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held Monday in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church beginning at 9am until the time of service. A rosary will be recited in the church at 12 noon.
Exie was proceeded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Kinser, her husband, Lloyd Fruge, and a son, Dennis Paul Fruge.
Mrs. Fruge is survived by her sons, Charles Glenn Fruge of Scott, LA and David Fruge and wife, Tammy, of Lake Charles, LA; a daughter, Glenda Fruge of Oberlin; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and St. Joan of Arc Rosary Group. She was the owner/operator of Fruge's Grocery in Oberlin for 30 years. Mrs. Fruge was a loving mom and a friend to all who knew her.
