Silsbee, TX -A graveside service for Ethel Verlean Lormand, 83, will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Farmers Cemetery of Silsbee.  Rev. Kyle Warren will officiate.  All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder, LA.

Ethel was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend.  She was a native of Silsbee, Texas and was currently residing in DeRidder, Louisiana.  In her earlier years, she worked as a caregiver in the health industry.  In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and sewing.  Ethel was loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her granddaughter, Jennifer Chaddock of Crestview, FL; 3 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Ethel is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Lormand; her son, Michael Cline; one brother, Caroll Watts; and two sisters, Gladys Cartwright and Madelean Bohler.
