Elton-Elliott "Patrick" Guillory, a lifelong resident of Elton, Louisiana, passed away on December 8, 2022, encircled by loved ones and family. Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Ardoin/ Allen Parish Funeral Home of Elton. Father Jose Vattakunnel will officiate. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home on Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. until time of service.

Patrick was a funny man who only ever wanted the simple life. He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, and enjoying a cold one. You would normally see him sitting on his front porch relaxing and waving to all the people of Elton. He was a stubborn ole man who had a big heart and a kind smile. His only son was the apple of his eye until his granddaughter was born and completely stole his heart. They spoke daily over the phone and always shared a laugh and even a silly argument. His personality and strength shine bright through his son and granddaughter. He will always be missed and forever remembered.

Those left to cherish Patrick's memory include his wife of almost 30 years, Miranda Guillory; only child, Cody Guillory; only grandchild, Arabella Guillory; daughter-in-law, Katherine Guillory; brothers, Ricky and Perry Guillory; and 17 nieces and nephews.

Patrick is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Alma Guillory; sister, Bernita Caesar; and brothers, Ronnie Guillory and Herman Guillory Jr.

His family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for all the prayers, calls, messages, and many other acts of kindness shown during this difficult time. Your support has been a great source of comfort for them and is very respected.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help pay for funeral expenses.
