Obituary
Elton- Funeral service for Mrs. Elaine Doise, 95, will be held Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at 2p.m. in St. Paul Catholic Church of Elton. Father Marshall Boulet will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4pm with a rosary at 6p.m., and the funeral home will remain open all night.
Mrs. Doise was a resident of Elton, a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Ladies Altar Society and Woodman of the World. She died Tuesday, November 28, 2006 in Basile.
Survivors include her son, L. Patrick Doise of Baton Rouge; daughter, Elizabeth Doise of Elton; sister, Eta Chaumont of Oberlin; 11 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren.
Mrs. Doise was preceded in death by husbands, Clady Manuel & Clarence Casper Doise; son, Marion Manuel.
