Elton- Funeral service for Mrs. Edna Lorena Langley, 76, will be held Saturday, February 7, 2009 at 11:00a.m.in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Vernon Martindale will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder from 11am-10pm with a singing service at 7pm. Visitation will continue Saturday at 8am until time of service.
Mrs. Langley was a native & resident of Elton. She enjoyed basket making, attending festivals and she loved to travel. Mrs. Langley passed away Thursday, February 5, 2009.
Survivors include two sons, Ronald Langley & Paul Steven Langley both of Elton; three daughters, Evelyn Alfaro & husband Raul Sr., Roselene Medford, Trudy Joan Guillet & husband Roderick all of Elton; two sisters, Elizabeth Marie Thompson & Loris Langley both of Elton; 7 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Langley is preceded in death by her husband, Joe A. Langley; daughter, Marilyn Langley; brother, Clement Joe Abbott.
