Elton- Funeral service for Mrs. Gustin Edmae Doise, 96, will be held Sunday at 1 PM in Ardoin Funeral Chapel of Elton. Mnsr. Marshall Boulet, Father Jules Spreyer, and Deacon John Eaves will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Saturday from 4 pm to 9 pm, with a Rosary at 7 pm. Visitation will continue on Sunday from 8 am till time of service.
Mrs. Doise was a resident of Elton. She passed away at 2:20 pm, Friday in Basile. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
Mrs. Doise was preceded in death by her husband, Gustin Doise; one son, Wayne Doise; a son in law, Harold Frey; and one grandson, Douglas Frey. She is survived by two sons; Michael Doise and wife Roussella of Elton, and Phil Doise and wife, Linda of Junction, TX; one daughter, Anna Louise Frey of Eunice; one brother, F.E. Landry, Jr. and wife, Louise of Rayne; 18 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
