Elton-Celebration of Life services honoring Dwyne S. Doise, 75, will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at 11 o'clock a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church in Elton. Rev. Fr. Jose Vattakunnel will officiate. Dwyne will be laid to rest at China Cemetery in Elton immediately following his services.

Dwyne's family will accept friends and visitors at St. Paul Catholic Church in Elton on Saturday, December 30, 2023, from 9 o'clock a.m. until time of service. All of Dwyne's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton.

Dwyne was a unique and peculiar individual. He loved all types of sports but especially loved LSU football. Dwyne enjoyed spending time with family and friends that he developed great relationships with throughout the years. He especially enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews who meant a lot to him.  Dwyne was a very kind person at heart and would have given the shirt off his back to help you if he knew and liked you. He will be forever missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish Dwyne's memory include his two brothers, Andy Doise and wife Beth of Elton, LA, and Marty Doise and wife Laura of Rockford, IL; and one sister, Jackie Doise of New Orleans, LA.

Dwyne is preceded in death by his parents, Warren Doise and Clara Belle Pilgrim.
