Reeves-Funeral services for Donald Eugene Rogers, 54, will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at The Family Place Church in Reeves. Rev. Glen Ducharme, Rev. Steve Cox and Rev. Don Barrett will officiate. Burial will follow at Creel Memorial Gardens under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at The Family Place Church on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 6-8 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Donald was a loving husband to his wife, Lori, for twenty-nine years, as well as a loving son, father, brother and grandfather. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trail-riding and working as a machinist. He was a member of The Family Place Church for many years. More than anything, Donald loved his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish Donald's memory include his mother, Marva "Meba" Rogers of Reeves; wife, Lori Hyatt Rogers of Reeves; two sons, Christopher Rogers and wife, Julie, of Moss Bluff and Calixto Rogers of Reeves; two daughters, Lora Rogers and Jewelia, both of Reeves; two brothers, Steven Rogers and wife, Donna, and Troy Rogers and wife, Terry, both of Reeves; two grandsons, Nicholas and Benjamin Rogers; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Donald is preceded in death by his father, Kerry Rogers.
