Obituary

Kinder-Celebration of Life services for Delores Williams 83, will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. at the Chapel of Creel Memorial Gardens. Rev. Kurt Williams will officiate. Delores will be laid to rest at Creel Memorial Gardens immediately following her services.

Delores's family will receive friends and visitors on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at the Chapel of Creel Memorial Gardens from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. All of Delores's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.

Delores was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister aunt and friend. She was a devoted wife to her husband Jessie for 41 years. Delores loved and adored her family and cherished every moment spent and every memory made with them, especially around the holidays. She loved the outdoors where she enjoyed camping, fishing, and taking care of her animals including her two dogs, Ranger, and Gizmo, as well as her horses whom she loved very much. Delores loved growing a garden and enjoyed canning all the fresh vegetables she grew. She loved to sew and was a talented seamstress. She made most of her children's clothes when they were younger. Delores will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish Delores's memory include her husband Jessie Williams of Amite, LA; six sons, Fred Peltier and fiancé Tammy Hebert of Broussard, LA, Titus Peltier and wife Lacie of Denham Springs, LA, Kurt Williams and wife Charlene of Holden, LA, Jacob Williams of Reeves, LA, Kim Williams and wife Brenda of Reeves, LA, and Jason Williams of Amite, LA; four daughters, Angela Peltier of Lake Charles, LA, Joselin Williams of Clinton, LA, Kari Williams of Holden, LA, and Jodi Williams of St. Gabriel, LA; two brothers, Arlin Alexander and wife Elaine of Pollock, LA, and Jackie Alexander and wife Jesse of Jena, LA; and a host of numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Delores is preceded by her parents Titus and Mary Alexander; and one daughter, Mary Nell Peltier.
