Debra Ann Poullard gained her angel wings on February 03, 2023, halcyon, surrounded by loved ones in Eunice, La. Debbie's life would seem too short or too fast to many people; but those of us who were blessed and fated to be touched by her, understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she stayed here. She was not the easiest person to get along with, some may find she was stubborn, or might even say she was something else, but we all know what that means; and honestly, she was something else. She was unapologetically beautifully. Someone who is unapologetically beautiful, is happy and content to be their self and will not bow down or apologize to anyone for being the way we were born. She stood her ground and never had a problem admitting when she was wrong. She was definitely something else, someone else like no other.
Debbie was super crafty and creative; some may say a free spirit in many aspects of her life. She was a loving and devoted grandmother, mother, daughter, sister, wife, godmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend to all whose lives she cherished, and valued, not to mention her fur baby, Missy. There wasn't a day that went by where Debbie didn't talk about how much she loved her family and close friends, what they meant to her, hoping in her last days they knew the imprint they had left in her heart would follow her to heaven gates. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren we're arguably her most important achievements in life.
Debbie will never be forgotten, her memory shall live on as she is survived by her brother, Bobby G. LaFleur of Eunice, La; her daughter, Anna Fuselier of Luling, Tx, Marquetta (Marcus) James of Lake Charles, Marcus (Corra) Poullard of Elton, La, 13 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren plus countless friends.
Debbie is predeceased by her parents, Hubert and Anna Marie Hebert; her siblings, Leonard Hebert, Florence Stelly, Rodger Hebert, Loretta Hebert, and Caroline Arnaud; and her grandson Jacob Fuselier.
