Kinder- Funeral services for Daniel Louis Sonnier, 68, will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Don Barrett will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Oak Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 10 a.m. until time of service.

Daniel graduated from Kinder High School in 1972 and later graduated from Louisiana Tech in 1977. He worked as an operator at Citcon in Lake Charles for twenty years and for Sonnier Timber Company for eight years. Daniel enjoyed fishing and watching football; he was an avid sportsman. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Those left to cherish Daniel's memory include his brother, Charles Sonnier and wife, Brenda, of Kinder; and sister, Sylvia Crawford and husband, Jeff, of Oakdale.

Daniel is preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Charlotte Sonnier.
