Kinder- Constance Christophe, 85, passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loving family. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

Constance was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved to teach the Bible as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. Constance also loved to be with her children and grandchildren every chance she had.  She was a very good cook and could make the best gumbo. Everyone loved her and she loved everyone. She was always very friendly and never met a stranger. Constance will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish Constance's memory include her four sons, Kevin Christophe and wife, Kathy, of Aniston, AL, Herman Christophe, Jr., and wife, Jennifer, of Lafayette, Pierre Christophe and wife, Kathy (deceased), of Lafayette, Bernard Christophe and wife, LaJuana, of Lafayette; five daughters, Julie Ann Stevens and husband, Willie, of Jackson, MS, Toya Lynn Brooks and husband, Willie, of Jackson, MS, Cherie Vice and husband, Kelly, of Kinder; Nicole Christophe of Jackson, MS, and Tamiko Dalcourt and husband, Kevin, of Lafayette; two brothers, Verlin Booth of Los Angeles, CA and Stephen Booth of Los Angeles, CA; one sister, Verdine Francis of Los Angeles, CA; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Constance is preceded in death by her parents, Verlin and Wilhemena Booth; and her husband, Herman Christophe, Sr.
