Kinder-Celebration of Life services honoring Clinton Wayne Robinson, 64, will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 2 o'clock p.m. at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder. Rev. Dustin Miller will officiate. Clinton will be laid to rest at St. Luke Cemetery in Elton immediately following his services.
Clinton's family will receive friends and visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder on Thursday evening, November 30, 2023, from 4-10 o'clock p.m. Clinton's visitation will resume at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home on Friday morning, December 1, 2023, from 8 o'clock a.m. until time of service. All of Clinton's arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.
Clinton affectionately called Golden Arrow, Buck-A-Roo, Chief, Brother Wayne, Wieners, Tin-Tin, The Man with the Plan, or C.W. Robinson was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a faithful and devoted husband to his wife Carlene for 32 years. Clinton was a member of the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana where he loved to attend the elderly fishing trips that were sponsored by the Tribe. He was on the board of directors for East Allen Water Works for 22 years as well as the president of the Coushatta Hunting Club. Clinton loved and adored his family and loved to spend time with them especially his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed going to visit his nephew Shorty and riding around. Clinton enjoyed riding horses and being outdoors. He was a very kind and caring person and will be forever missed and unconditionally loved by all who knew him.
Those left to cherish Clinton's memory include his wife Carlene Ann Robinson of Elton, LA; three sons, Eric Robinson and fiancé Richland Vidrine, Jeffery Robinson, and Jacob Robinson and companion McKenzi Aguillard all of Elton, LA; three daughters, Kelly Collins, Brooke Robinson, and Kabrina Robinson and companion Lex Arnaud all of Elton, LA; one brother, Gary Robinson of Elton, LA; two sisters, Sharon Crosby and Loretta Williams and husband Dana all of Elton, LA; nineteen grandchildren with two on the way; and three great grandchildren with one on the way.
Clinton is preceded in death by his parents, Richard, and Florence Robinson; paternal grandparents, Jacob, and Lizzie Robinson; maternal grandparents, Jackson, and Maggie Langley; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Gene, and Mildred Richard; one brother, Sanford Robinson; and one sister, Julia Lowe.
Pallbearers honored to serve are Brendan Collins, Slate Robinson, Bradley and Dane Williams, Casey "BeBo" and Levi Johnson.
Honorary pallbearers honored to serve are Shorty Victorian, Dana Williams, Jeffery Robinson Jr., Bronx Robinson, and Calvin Wilson.
Clinton's family will host fellowship at the Gym located on the Coushatta reservation immediately following his graveside service.
