Kinder-Funeral Services for Byron L. Rester, 40, will be held Wednesday,
January 19, 2011 at 11AM in Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder. Brother Terrance Brownlow-Dindy will officiate. Burial will follow in Green Oaks Cemetery under the
direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 3-9PM and will continue on Wednesday from 8AM until time of service.
Byron was a lifelong resident of Kinder and a member of Kinder Church of Christ. He was an employee of Coushatta Casino Resort. He enjoyed cooking, reading, especially Bible study, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was a friend to all who knew him.
He is survived by his two brothers, Dewayne Rester of Arkansas and Mike Rester and wife, Julie of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Bridgette Barns of Arkansas and Arlene Fuselier of Charlotte, NC; and seven nieces and nephews-Todd, Paul, Justin, Marcus, Vincent, Brandon, and Stacy.
Byron is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Carol Rester.
