Kinder-Memorial service celebrating the life of Brenda Lynn Sylvester, 57, will be held in the chapel of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. Rev. Dexter Hamilton will officiate. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin Funeral Home.
The family will receive visitors at Ardoin Funeral Home on Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. until time of service.
Brenda was a loving mother, sister and grandmother. She loved to cook, crochet and watch horror movies. Brenda loved spending time with her grandchildren and always protected her love ones. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish Brenda's memory include; her fiancé, Mars 'Tuffy" Reno of Kinder; one daughter, Rhonda Corbin of Huntsville, TX; three sisters, Shelley Hamilton and husband, Rick, of Kinder, Paula Sammarco of Hollywood, Flordia, and Leigh Gidlow and husband, Keith, of Kinder; two grandchildren, Laura and Autumn Miller of Huntsville, TX.
Brenda is preceded in death by her father, Douglas Whatley; her mother, Billie Gidlow and stepfather, Alvin Gidlow.
