Kinder-Graveside Service for Bobby Glenn Barker, 75, will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Green Oak Cemetery. All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 12 o'clock noon until time of service.

Bobby is a graduate of Fairview High School. As a young man, he worked as a deckhand on tugboats. He then worked in the oil and gas industry on land rigs. Most recently, he was employed with Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder. Bobby will be greatly missed by his three sisters, nieces and nephews, and friends.

Those left to cherish Bobby's memory include his three sisters, Helen Daniels of Oberlin, Peggy Spears and Patricia Barker, both of Kinder; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Champ C. Barker and Lois E. Young; and one brother, Charles R. Barker.
