Mittie-Funeral services for Billie Ann Cooper Terrell, 77, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Cherry Grove Baptist Church. Rev. Ron Butler will officiate. Burial will follow at Cherry Grove Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.
The family will receive visitors at Cherry Grove Baptist Church on Monday, July 19, 2021 from 5-9 p.m. Visitation will resume on Tuesday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.
Billie was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. She enjoyed reading, shopping and cooking for her family. Billie loved the holidays and having family gatherings. She was a faithful and devoted member of Cherry Grove Baptist Church. She enjoyed working the voting poles and meeting new people as she was doing so. Billie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Those left to cherish Billie's memory include daughter, Melissa L. Terrell of Kinder; son, Roy William Terrell, Jr. of Fairfax, MO; five grandchildren, Jarred Boswell and wife, Alana, of Dry Creek, Joshua Boswell and wife, Amanda, of Dry Creek, Coushatta Ware of Kinder, Evelyn Terrell of Fairfax, MO and Jeanna Terrell of Kansas City, MO; and eight great grandchildren, Braelyn, Jacelyn, Aimee, Allison, Cheyenne, Annalise, Abigail and Adalyn.
Billie is preceded in death by her parents, William Marshall Cooper and Fannie Louise Billings Cooper; brother, Billy Billings; and grandson, Bradley Paul Boswell.
