Kinder-Funeral service for Mrs. Audrey Marie Ardoin Fontenot, 82, was held
Monday, January 22, 2007 at 10:00a.m. in St. Philip Neri Catholic in Kinder. Father Carlos Garcia officiated. Burial was in St. Peters Cemetery in Pine Prairie under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation was held Sunday from 11a.m.-10p.m. with a rosary at 7p.m. andl continued Monday at 8a.m. until time of service. Mrs. Fontenot was a resident of Kinder. She died Thursday, January 18, 2007 in Kinder. Survivors include her son James B. Fontenot & wife Clara of Kinder; three Daughters, Gloria Corkran of Kinder, Juanita & husband Emery Tupper of Kinder, Loretta & husband Patrick Armand of Destrehan; brother Joseph Bufford Ardoin of Killeen, TX., two sisters, Bertha Topolanek & Abadie Ardoin both of New Orleans; 12 grandchildren and & 19 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Fontenot.
