Celebration of Life services for Annievie Irene Johnson, 84, will be held at Welcome Pentecostal Church in DeRidder on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 1 o'clock p.m. Rev. Rich Cook will officiate. Burial service at Sugartown Campground Cemetery will follow. All Annievie's arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Kinder.

Family will receive friends and visitors on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Welcome Pentecostal church in DeRidder from 10 o'clock a.m. until time of service.

Annievie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother. She enjoyed the arts and was gifted at crocheting, quilting, drawing, and painting. People loved her work.

Following an automobile accident in the 70's that left her disabled, despite her disability, she went on to provide for her family as a meter reader for Beauregard Water Works, where she retired after 25 years.

Annievie loved the Lord and wanted heaven to be her home, now she is at peace, at home. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish Annievie's memory include her two sons, Eddie and Ronald Spears; daughter, Irene and Dale Dartez; two brothers, Ernest Lavell and Lanis Johnson; sister, Faye Burks; five grandchildren, Ronald Spears Jr., Tonya Young, Rebecca Corbin, William Spears Jr., and Marissa Spears; Thirteen great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Annievie was preceded in death by her parents, Ernie and Audrey Johnson; two brothers, Cotton and Ernest Johnson; and sister, Wilda Cheedle.
