Annette Ezell left her earthly vessel April 30 th , 2022 after a seven month bout with lung cancer. But these last seven months do not define who she was in life. Annette was born February 26 th , 1961 in Wauseon, OH to Daryl Hildreth and Audrey Double Hildreth. She was such a quiet child, no one could have imagined how big of a personality she would become.

Throughout her school years Annette was very active in school clubs, teams and events. She loved being with people and making people laugh. Annette graduated from Sand Creek High School in 1979. She then completed vo-tech school in health care and phlebotomy. In March of 1981 she gave birth to her daughter, Sara. Then in 1983 her oldest son, Nick, was born. Late 1983 they moved to Clayton NM where she worked at the hospital and at the Pizza Hut to support her children. Annette loved sewing and crafting with a fun group of ladies she tokened as "The Sewing Ladies". In 1986 she met her husband, Ricky. They married September 27 th , 1986, and Annette's family was completed with the addition of her youngest son, Chad. In 1988 they moved to Sweeny, TX. Annette then opened her balloon shop while raising kids and Ricky worked offshore. Annette and family would spend weekends at Sargent Beach camping and fishing. Annette also enjoyed skiing on the San Bernard River with Ricky and the kids. In 1993 they moved to Mittie LA. In the early years of living there, while the kids were in school, Annette would substitute teach at Fairview High School. She quickly became a student favorite.  On weekends Annette and Ricky enjoyed going to the drag strip and racing cars for a little adrenalin rush. A few years after that Annette wanted to learn to ride a motorcycle. She and Ricky bought two bikes and began riding. This brought new friendships and a ton of fun adventures. The couple rode their bikes all over the United States with friends and family.

In 2002 a new Era began when Annette's oldest grandchild was born and she was donned the grandma name "Mimi". Mimi had 7 grandkids that she lived and breathed for. She loved nothing more than chasing them to all their events and spoiling each and every one of them. She and poppy have weathered freezing rain to blazing heat to watch baseball, softball, football, swim or any other activity the grandkids may have been in. Of all the joys Annette has had throughout her years on this earth, her family brought her the most joy. She attended almost every single milestone event of her siblings, nieces, nephews and friends because she wanted them to know they were important to her and she loved them endlessly.

Annette loved fiercely and had a smile that would light up a room. Her life on earth may have been cut short but she lived it to the fullest and has left an everlasting impact and memories with everyone who knew her. To know her was to love her and we are all better people because of her. Words cannot describe how much she is loved and missed but we know she will be watching over all of us from Heaven.

See you at the ballpark, Mimi.
