Oberlin-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Angie Meche, 56, announce her passing following a four-year battle with breast cancer. The family will be having a private, intimate service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Angie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was very "down to earth" and loved having a good time. Angie loved bowling. She was a friend to all who knew her. She loved to laugh and "there wasn't anything she wouldn't do for someone". Prior to her illness, Angie was very devoted to her job, as well. Her memory will be cherished by her family and friends.
Angie is survived by her sons, Cain Ross, Nicholas Meche, and Michael Warren; her daughters, Mandy Meche-Scardino and Jessica Meche; one stepdaughter, Jenny Comeaux; two brothers, John Ross and Russel Ross; and, five grandchildren-Ronnie and Ashtyn Morgel, Sofia Scardino, Mallory Menier, and Hunter Delaney.
Angie is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Beth Ross and her husband, Danny James Meche.
