Kinder- Funeral service for Mrs. Amy Taylor Bertrand, 87, will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 2:00pm at Kinder Bible Church. Rev. Robert Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery in Elton under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Kinder.
Visitation will be held Monday in Ardoin Funeral Home from 2pm-9pm and will continue Tuesday at 8am until time of service.
Mrs. Bertrand was a resident of Kinder. She passed away Saturday, August 8, 2009.
Survivors include four children, Barbara Jean Domingues & husband Philip, Marilyn Bertrand, Carla Marcantel & husband Tonas, Richard Bertrand & wife Beverly; 9 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.
Mrs. Bertrand is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Isaac Bertrand; parents, Francois and Lorena Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
