Oberlin-Funeral service for Amanda Renee Lambert, 61, will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in the chapel of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home.  Rev.  Don Duplechain will officiate.  Burial will follow in Oaklin Springs Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Homes.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, July 18, 2022 at Ardoin/Allen Parish Funeral Home of Oberlin from 5-9 p.m.   Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 8 a.m. until time of service.

Amanda, affectionately known as Renee, was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She enjoyed fishing and taking care of her three dogs, Chloe, Bella and Julio.  She always loved spending time with family and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee.  Renee will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her memory include one brother, Artis Veazey, Jr. and wife, Candi of Oberlin; one sister, Rebecca Veazey Granger of Oberlin; three grandchildren, Blakely Renee Guillory and husband, Glen Navarre of Oberlin, Hailey Denise Guillory and Mason Heath Ware, both of Mittie; and one great grandchild, Emma Kate Navarre.

Renee is preceded in death by her parents, Artis Gene Veazey, Sr. and Elsie Veazey; her husband, Keith Lamar Lambert; her daughter, Rachel Denise Lambert; and her brother-in-law, David Granger.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will include Braden Veazey, Mason Ware, and Daxton Shuff.
