A.B. Langley, 85, of Elton, Louisiana passed away peacefully at his home on April 12, 2012. A.B. served in the United States Navy during World World II on board the U.S.S. Thornhill. He was also a retired mail carrier with the U.S. Post Office.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Anna Marie (Gillard) Langley and his children-Terrie, Suzette, Randy, Keith, Bubba, Kirk, Troy and Jenna.
Visitation will be held at Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 2-10pm, with a rosary being recited at 7pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, April 14, 2012 from 7am until the time of the funeral service, which will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church of Elton at 10am. Rev. Marshall Boulet and Deacon John Eaves will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Elton.
